Charges, Cancellations, and Refunds
You authorize Gi Can Relate to charge your credit card or other payment method for services, including any fees related to programs or courses, taxes, international purchase fees, service fees, subscriptions, or other regulatory fees. Please note that fees associated with currency conversion may apply, and these are handled by your banking or credit card institution. Taxes and regulatory fees are subject to change without notice, and prices may change at our discretion.
By enrolling in a course or program, you agree to be added to our mailing list to receive updates on future programming. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails.
Refunds for services are available up to 7 days prior starting a program starting date. A service fee of 40 Euros will be applied to all refunds. The same applicable to Educational individual sessions and groups. All fees are not complied but G I CAN RELATE to ANY refund if any of the services were used or had past the AGREEMENT SIGNING DATE .
Intellectual Property
Our intellectual property is fundamental to our success and business. You agree not to distribute, duplicate, or alter our intellectual property without written consent from Gi Can Relate. This includes recordings, access to live programming, handouts, and any other materials provided to you through enrollment or attendance. Unauthorized use or distribution of our materials constitutes a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws, which may result in legal action. Live Programming and meeting sessions
By attending live programming, you consent to appear on screen and/or in recordings. You understand that your name, voice, and likeness may appear in live programming and recordings, including those used for future marketing or sales. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may exit the webinar or meeting.
Please note that we cannot control or guarantee that other attendees will not record or capture live programming. While this violates our terms and may result in legal action, we cannot prevent or detect all violations.
Corrections Statement
While we strive for accuracy, there may be typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in website content, pricing, course availability, and other information. We reserve the right to make corrections or updates at our discretion without prior notification.
Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, delete, or discontinue content on our website at any time. We may experience hardware or software failures, and therefore cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or that live programming will proceed as planned. Gi Can Relate is not liable for downtime, service interruptions, delays, or errors, and we have no obligation for any loss, inconvenience, or damage that may result from site downtime or discontinuation.
Your access to recorded courses and live programming may depend on third party and your hardware, software, and internet capabilities, which are subject to change as third-party requirements evolve. You are responsible for updating your systems to meet these requirements, and Gi Can Relate is not liable for interruptions due to outdated hardware, software, or internet access.
Termination
Termination by You
You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@gicanrelate.com. We are not obligated to refund you for services already provided if you choose to terminate your account or approved service.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated any terms outlined in this document. Violations may result in a ban from live programming or closure of your account. We also hold the right to suspend you when you do not comply to the agreement of our communication and fail to respond to any of our communication by mail messages or calls in a period of 2 weeks from of reaching out to you. We will notify you of an account suspension or termination where possible.
Gi Can Relate reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any service, website access, or live programming at any time, without liability for any impact on you.
Service Violations
Service violations include any breach of our Terms of Service or abusive behavior toward presenters, attendees, hosts, or Gi Can Relate staff or partners. If you violate our terms during live programming, we reserve the right to remove you from the session. Abuse includes but is not limited to harassment, indecency, obscenity, copyright or intellectual property violations, illegal activities, or any behavior deemed threatening to any community member on our platforms or our partners’ platforms.
